Take a moment to rest, recover, and relax. This service is not hands-on massage or chair massage. It is simply 30 minutes for rest, recovery, or relaxation while you're out and need a break, but you can't stop to go home. Rest for 30 minutes on your lunch break, get relief from a headache in a dark room, take a nap between running errands, or relax while your friends are receiving other therapies in our office. Stay fully clothed, get comfy on the table, cover your eyes with a warm eye pillow, and inhale some soothing aromatherapy. Listen to soft music or guided meditation while you relax. Ask for our electronic shiatsu massager to target tired neck and shoulders or low back muscles.
